Technique customization

Technique customization is a form of crafting in Phantasy Star Online 2 that modifies the characteristics of techniques used by a character.

Procedure

A character can craft custom discs using PA fragments (T-ATK) and meseta. PA fragments (T-ATK) are obtained by desynthesizing discs for level 11 or higher techniques. Each custom disc's effects are randomly generated according to the recipe used and the character's technique customization craft level.

If the crafting results are acceptable, the character can then use the custom disc to modify the corresponding technique. The modification is permanent, unless replaced by using another custom disc on the same technique.
