Techer license

A techer license is an event item in Phantasy Star Online 2 that allows a character to select techer as a class. With a subclass license, a character can also select techer as a subclass. The techer license is given as the reward for completing the Techer License Application client order, which becomes available once a character reaches level 30 as a force or braver then completes the You Want to Become a Techer? client order.
